BEDROCK MAINTENANCE

Bedrock Maintenance was founded by Bruce Turner in 2015. Bruce, a qualified engineer owns and runs Design Turner, a successful design/ build business in London which he started in 2006. Through the years Bruce has maintained strong relationships with a long list of appreciative clients, thus sowing the seeds for a devoted property maintenance company.  A desire to do things differently, to provide a more personal and tailored service specifically targeted at the London market, to make readily available his skilled team and to add structure to an already existing dynamic resulted in Bedrock, Bruce founded the company with the understanding that acquiring and managing one property can be hard enough, but when your venture grows into a portfolio of properties, you need to be on the ball at all times and plan every detail carefully to maximise your chances of success.
Based in Central London, our services are specifically designed to suit the London property market and the specific needs of both owners and landlords.
